The price

The pool was very dirty. The whole reason I booked here was because it had a pool but we weren't about to use it. I didn't my trust the water being cloudy and foamy.

Nothing

Upon arrival waited about 15 minutes before someone even came to front desk to check me in, sign says if you a choice member u get free water and snack or 200 points. I asked for water I was told there is none and I also didn’t receive my points! Every single time my door closed I had to walk down stairs and get new keys that was done about 9 times! Bathroom door didn’t close, sink handle broke, comforter on bed was full of large holes! Couldn’t swim bc the amount of kids running around and jumping in pool which they was later kicked out. Pool also closed earlier bc they had to kick more people out. Sunday came went to breakfast the had absolutely nothing. I feel sorry for front desk worker bc she has to do everything with no help

Location and comfort of the bed

I have been staying at this hotel every time I visit New Iberia and it has always been well kept with friendly staff and great breakfast and coffee. The coffee was awful. Breakfast was scant and closed before time. The room smelled moldy upon arrival. The hot tub was not operating properly. The swimming pool was full of foam. I will be finding different accommodations for my next visit to my hometown.
