Decent location

Our room was dirty. There was only 1 trash can in the room. The heater didn't work in our room and there was cold air coming in from around the heat/air unit. There was not a fitness room and we expected one as there was one pictured. Breakfast was very limited and we ended up having to go out for breakfast to meet our needs. We had to get our key reprogrammed to our room each day as it wouldn't open the door after check out time.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the address listed on Booking is completely wrong. We drove around for more than an hour trying to find the hotel, and we only managed to locate it after a police officer guided us to a different address than the one provided online. Second, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it advertised an indoor pool and a gym. Both were unavailable — the pool was closed and there was no gym at all. None of this information was updated on Booking, and had I known, I would have never booked this place in the first place. Additionally, I was told the room rate would be reduced from $91 to $60 due to these issues, but that never happened. Considering the false information and the inconvenience, I believe I should have received the room for free, as I booked based on facilities that did not exist or were not accessible. I am very dissatisfied and will be filing a complaint. This hotel needs to update its information immediately to avoid misleading customers in the future.

Worker at the desk Ms Rose harassed us about the number of people in the room when we had 4 rooms no room was to capacity. There wasn’t any fresh breakfast, no juice, no staff working breakfast station. Bedroom had dead bugs on the floor, holds in the covers, no running cold water in the sink. Tried to talk to Ms Rose she called the manager lying saying I was been difficult and disruptive. Manager was great. I have booked with them three years on roll. I will never book with them again. Asked Rose for a refund and she ignored me.

Harassment from Ms Rose. Breakfast was horrible, hotel not clean enough, bedding on the beds were dirty, some burnt marks and holds in them.
