อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย พัก 4 คืน เป็นเมนูเดิมซ้ำ 4 วัน เพราะไม่มีการจัดอาหารเช้าให้เลือกแบบหลากหลาย แม้จะซื้ออาหารเช้าเพิ่มแต่เป็น 2 เมนูเดิม

พื้นพรมสกปรก มีฝุ่นมาก วันที่ 2 พบแมลงสาบตัวเล็กตายบนพื้นพรม และแจ้งพนักงานตอนเช้าก่อนออกไปทำงานให้มาดูดฝุ่น แต่ตอนกลับมาต้องเก็บซากแมลงสาบทิ้งเอง และคืนสุดท้าย อาจจะเพราะอยู่ชั้น 1 มีตัวตะเข็บสีดำ 3 ตัวคลานไปมาในห้องน้ำ แต่ไม่ได้แจ้งพนักงาน เพราะเห็นว่าเป็นคืนสุดท้าย สรุปคือไม่ประทับใจ แต่พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้ม พูดคุยดี

Ac unit made a rattling noise. Only one elevator for three floors.

It's really nice. It's a great area, and the entire staff is very friendly. They make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive

The rooms are not serviced every day, so the staff should be more attentive when guests need towels or other necessities. In my case, my room was not cleaned for three consecutive days. I called several times to request service, but no one ever came. This is something that needs more attention and improvement.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt in der Nähe zum Flughafen. Mein Bruder und ich sind wegen einem Todesfall in der Familie angereist. Das Personal an der Rezeption waren außergewöhnlich freundlich. Besonders Frau Asia M. - aber auch die anderen. Der Starbucks Café war ein willkommener Zusatz. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Freundliche Grüße, Sandra Layer-Kratzer
