"DONT STAY ON 2ND FLOOR"

Always love their breakfast.

Do not stay on the second floor of this hotel. When I got into my room and laid down on the bed the whole bed was shaking as well as the floor because of their air conditioning unit. I called the front desk and had to repack my things and go to a different room and they put me on the second floor again for the Next Room. When I lay down while she was there to test it everything seemed okay. But after she left and I laid in that bed longer that room still shook too not as bad as the first one but still Shook and the bed still shook. I love Embassy Suites but I'll never stay at this one.

The indoor pool needed more signage as it was difficult to find. Pool towels were small but were available. Pool temperature was cold. Sad it was not a heated pool. Room service was disappointing. Limited menu when ordering to room from full available dinner menu. Food was not delivered but they called for us to come down to restaurant to pick up food in Togo containers and take back to room. Food was not hot. Pizza was stacked in smaller container. Order was incorrect. Breakfast was fantastic. Made to order omelet station was perfect. Parking was easy and safe.
