Very run down hotel for an OAKS, loft apartment with one TV,facilities were poor,room service didn’t exist and fire alarm went off at 130am and no one checked in when we went to the fire zone to make sure we all there. It really is a very behind hotel lift takes forever, reception seems to be shut half the time we won’t be staying there again

I had to use the fire escape with bad knees and no direction through fire doors and not one head count Was poorly run and I feel I want compensation for my stay Was a disaster my holiday was ruined

Great location

Seems very dated....its a shame because the location is great....but the whole place could do with a make over. Reception area is not at all inviting. The air con unit is very noisy in the room made a ticking noise not sure it was even working. The curtains didn't meet when drawn so the light shone through from street lights at night. Alot of the curtain was not even attached to the curtain rail...sounds a bit picky but was really annoying
