O ar condicionado não funciona no quente, o ralo da banheira chuveiro estava quebrado, não oferece estacionamento incluso na diária que não é barata.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, the fact that I could storage my luggages after checking out until the time I left to the airport, and i could just went to enjoy the city for a couple of hours more.

The beds and sofa are not very comfortable. Only one pillow for each bed. The fact that I arrived very late and there was nothing in the kitchen. I had to call and wait for kitchen utensils to prepare a cup of tea… I was tired and ready for bed. I also had to call for extra towels. There was only one set of it even though the reservation was for two. Not very serious but when you arrive at the place very late and after a 12 hour flight, you expect all of this waiting for you. The furniture and especially kitchen need some upgrades, in my opinion
