"Very good"

The rooms are very comfortable and clean Staff is very helpful and very friendly Ahmad abu qtaish (receptionist) took good care of us and helped us find a taxi

The shuttle should have more times to the petra visitor center (especially for the night show)

It is a lovely hotel situated at the top of Petra. It's rooms are lovely and the views are to die for. Sunsets are just the best. There is a dog on site that barks a bit but I was so tired I didn't hear it too much. Food from the al carte menu was cold, and not every nice. Apart from this, it was a lovely 1-night stay

It was a beautiful hotel and the suite they gave us for our honeymoon had a spectacular view on the mountains! Everything was very clean and comfortable and service is impeccable. 7 min drive to Petra entrance. A special thank you to Belal and Ahmad from reception and and Yahya from housekeeping, who made our stay unforgettable!

Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno qui. L’hotel è spazioso e ben organizzato, il personale molto gentile e premuroso. La cena a buffet è molto variegata, così come la colazione. La hall d’ingresso è bellissima, molto d’impatto. La camera è ampia, ma avrebbe bisogno di essere rinnovata, così come i corridoi e gli ascensori. Molto comodo il servizio di bus navetta per Petra. Raccomandato!

"Average place if you want to visit Petra but I would rather stay at the camps"

The beds were extremely comfortable and the receptionist was polite. The body wash was soothing.

The lights in the room were far too dim. The lamp was not working. The hotel iron had limescale on it, which transferred onto my clothes and destroyed them.
