Era confortável e tinha piscina aquecida e coberta. Isso já é excelente

O cofre precisava retirar chave, não era moderno. De forma geral o hotel tem algumas coisas que precisam ser modernizadas, mas foi uma boa experiência. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Esperava mais. O jardim estava cheio de caracóis, eles precisam tentar eliminar porque esta no nível de praga

O apartamento é bom, bem equipado.

Achei que faltam informações sobre onde fazer check in, tive que perguntar e descobri que o Check in e o apartamento ficam no prédio do hotel. Porém, para você fazer check in a dona precisa autorizar o hotel via email. Solicitei que meu check fosse feita mais cedo e enviei todos os documentos, às 11h, me atrasei e ainda mandei mensagem perguntando e avisando que estava indo às 17h. Porém, a dona do apartamento ainda não havia mandado a autorização via email, sendo que toda minha documentação foi enviada às 11h da manhã! Ainda tive que ligar para a dona do apto para que ela enviasse o tal do email e que eu fosse liberada, isso demorou 20min, por falta de organização da proprietária.
