"Another great visit in the books and we will definitely book again!"

We have stayed here several times and this place is a gem! We were very surprised since our visit last year that they build a Starbucks in the same parking lot practically! It was a nice surprise and Meijer across the street is also a bonus. We love the room with the queen bed and kitchenette that separates the living space couch and dining table. It's perfect for an extended stay.

Staff has been great in the past but the one girl we saw several times wouldn't make eye contact and spoke very little even while checking folks in and out. There was a gentleman in the afternoon who was very friendly and seemed to enjoy being there.

We were able to check in early. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The continental breakfast had a variety to choose from. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Beds were comfortable.

The manager was rude as soon as I came in to check in. She made me feel bad for using a 3rd party company and even discourage me from getting a room there. Had I not already bought the ROOM would never have stayed. She was very rude and unfriendly to me and my family. We had key issues and they wouldn’t believe us when they didn’t work. Never had such an issue with getting into a hotel room as I did at this hotel. The staff was not welcoming, and we will never be returning. Do not recommend this hotel due to the staff.
