The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel was extremely clean.

I understand what the Micro in Micro-Tel means. That is the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The grounds around the hotel could be cleaned up of trash.

A few staff members were very pleasant and helpful.

1)Bed was very uncomfortable. Gave me a hurrendouse back ache. 2) The stupid ass mattress cover (I presume to keep mattress from getting wet) kept shifting and making a terrible noise. 3) The lay out of the room. The refridgerator was in the way. Likevit was an after thought to put one in the room. 4) Wet towels, even after ganging them up. 5) We had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, and soap. I had to grab coffee off of a cleaning members cart. 6) We never got our room cleaned. Yes, we took the Do Not Disturb sign off of the door handle a couple of times. 7) The not so great breakfast. The hard boiled eggs were the only source of protein. And had the consistancy of rubber. I dont drink milk. So, that only leftbsweet crap to eat. 8) The entrance/exit to the property. While attempting to enter the property from the south, there was always too much traffic to wair on. While attempting to exit the property on a green light, the traffic across on M 55 did not yield the right of way if I was going straight ontonM 55 or turning right. The other drivers always thought that they had the right to pull out in front of me. MDOT needs to look into this traffic light issue.

We asked for a handicapped room with a roll in shower, and they didn't have one available, even though I called the hotel to be sure that is what I booked. They assured me it was all in order and it wasn't when we arrived. The manager said it was booked through a third party (booking.com) and there was nothing she could do about it. Even though I talked directly to the hotel...

The TV did not work. The instructions provided to make the TV work did not work. We had to figure it out ourselves. The price for the room was ridiculous, considering the poor quality of the beds and linens.
