"Muito bom exceto pelo café da manhã"

A staff é educada e prestativa, principalmente o pessoal da recepção

O café da manhã pode ser melhorado (todas os doces e bolos sao ou secos ou duros, parece que compra pronto ou faz de caixa, além de parecer que pegam itens que sobraram do dia anterior) e eu fiquei 4 dias lá e foi desse jeito todos os dias

L hotel a besoin d'une renovation complete, mais les chambres sont propres et confortables et le petit excellent. L'emplacement est ideal. Surtout, le personnel est incroyablement gentil et disponible. Ayant fait une reservation tres a l'avance, le rapport qualite prix etait imbattable !

Ponto alto: Limpeza, instalações, custo benefício e localização.

Seria importante para o hóspede que chega um pouco cedo na entrada (check-in), que o hotel mantenha um controle da chegada antecipada, pois a entrega dos quartos deveriam ser pra quem tem mais tempo na espera. Sabemos que o check-in começa às 14h00 hs, mas alguns hóspedes acabam chegando mais cedo por diversos problemas, às vezes por sorte. Seria mais um acolhimento que o hotel pode prestar, caso tenha um controle de chegada no check-in.
