"Hartelijk en bijzonder klantvriendelijk."

Verbazend telkens weer hoe hartelijk je hier wordt onthaald en hoe attent het personeel zich opstelt. Ik overnachtte hier de voorbije jaren geregeld en het blijft opvallen dat je zowel 's avonds laat als in de vroege morgen geholpen wordt door supervriendelijk personeel. Dit kan geen toeval zijn, maar een uiting van een bewust en consequent doorgedreven beleid. En een goede staff natuurlijk.
