Staff is amazing

It was ok.

The reception area and the dining room of this hotel have been upgraded a little and are attractive. The rooms are clean but we had a blood stained duvet and had to use it for a few days as we checked in too late to get a clean one. It was so horrible but what could we do as over the weekend there seemed to be no cleaning crew. Finally on Monday a cleaning person came around and it was a great relief to get a clean duvet. The hotel is very dirty. It could use a deep clean. The pool has dirt in the bottom, and everywhere in the pool area there is dirty scum on the tiles. The hot tub is also in need of refurbishing. The hallway walls are in need of repairing and painting. In Room 125 there is a person who comes in with white clay on his shoes and you can see exactly what room he is in. None is around to sweep this up. It is very discouraging. In the parking lot there are piles of cigarette butts. If they take the time to gather the butts why don't they take the extra five minutes to throw them away? In addition there is trash around the hotel. It is all so gross. Also, at the doorways the mats are really worn and old. It looks as if the management uses very little of the profits to do some simple spiffing up of the place. The reception people are very kind and friendly but I feel sorry for them having to work in a cruddy environment like this hotel. We booked to find out how the hotel was. We will not be staying there again.

I've been thinking about how to write this review now for a month as i have been so upset.We didnt even stay the 2nd night. Checked out and stayed at another hotel die to the disgusting conditions of this hotdl. The filth can only be shown in tje many pi rures I took. The headboard had what i can only describe as some sort of bodily fluids along with sweaty handprints, i cant even make this up. The sheets were dirty, the bedskirt was filthy, floor the windows were covered in handprints and lip prints, nose prints, just disdisgusting. Mold in the bathroom, the vents were hanging out of the ceiling, the showerhead wasnt conesected to the wall. I could go on and on. Do not stay at the hotel. Its so bad. I could have crord. We were still charhed for the 2nd night even though we didnt stay, it was not a good experience. was dirty, windows were

Was typical cheap hotel, no complaints for the price

Before I give negative feedback, let me say I would definitely stay again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, Burberry the hotel could really do with a fresh lick of paint. It wouldn’t take much to make it look much better. Also, though they were clean, the bed linens were stained so I asked for new sheets. Just throw out the stained ones 😊. Apart from that, our stay was very enjoyable!

Adequate for a one night stay while passing through. Inexpensive option.

Heat did not work and it was 20 degrees at night. The room stank like cigarettes. The bedding was stained. The smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag. The shower head did not work properly. The furniture was dusty. There was dried blood on the lamp. There were pills on the floor. The bed was very worn out.
