Quality Inn near Medical Center

It was fair at best. It definitely needs refurbished especially needing new heating and cooling and deep cleaning

We were visiting family and the hotel was conveniently located nearby and the price was excellent. The front desk staff was good and were able to provided a disposible razor when I forgot mine. The cleanliness of the halls was not good and the whirlpool and pool were disgusting. Scum on the tiles that could be easily scratched away. Bottom of the whirlpool and pool were dirty. Band-Aid on the side of the whirlpool was there both days. Bathroom in the pool area had a clogged toilet both days. Really disgusting. We will not be back.

Great value compared to other hotels in area.

We stayed 1 night while attending a softball tournament. Room was nice, quiet, and cool- very important during the heat wave. Free breakfast before the games was convenient and had nice selection.

Very convenient location and front receptionist was kind. I really enjoyed it for staying for four days.

Close to Mayo, which was first and foremost. Jets on the hot tub didn’t work, but pool was clean and cool, and the hot tub was hot. Staff were great, would definitely use again. (Fix the jets in the hot tub!)

When I ran the faucet it gave a terrible smell so much so my 9 yr old nephew made a comment. A light in the pool area was dangling from the base by the exposed wires. The place is deteriorating. It seems that management has no intentions of investing any money to bring it back to an acceptable level. They need to change the name from Quality Inn to something more appropriate like “Below Budget Inn” My apologies to Budget Inn who I’m sure would choose not to be involved. There’s more but space does not allow. Never again.

Front deck people were outstanding. Was a very good value especially for a weekend stay. Breakfast was good.

Upon arriving at the motel, we were greeted by the kindest lady and she was so efficient in getting us checked in. Very delightful woman!!
