Travelodge by Wyndham Bracebridge

It was just what we were looking for. Clean and it had a back patio door to walk out It was easy to sleep bed was comfortable and no noise. Will stay there again

It was newly renovated rooms. They were still working on the outside. No breakfast and no pool

The staff are lovely and helpful! However, we were in the wing that has yet to be renovated and it was very outdated - so wasn’t worth the value. The breakfast was only a small bag of snacks, as they're in the midst of renovations. Understandable, but we wish we were told ahead of it. On the plus side, the room was clean, good water pressure and the fridge was cold. We got a peek at the newly updated wing, and it looks great! We look forward to staying in the updated rooms.

Property has false advertising. Breakfast in a bag consisting of water , yogurt and granola bar. Room was covered in dog hair upon arrival and had to wait for it to be re cleaned. Air conditioning did not work and it was very hot. Had to request a fan. Beds very soft and uncomfortable. Construction taking place around the property. Travelled with 3 young children. I do not recommend this property. There are others available in the area for around the same price which unfortunately did not have availability. Note this property does not have a pool as advertised on some of their websites and road signs. Also was charged more on my credit card than the quoted price. Beware!

Yes, the rooms appear to have been recently renovated and so were at clean, except for the bathroom where the baseboard heater under the sink was rusted metal, they missed that part I guess?

The room was sparsely furnished, and there definitely was room for a bedside table on the right side, I had to use the floor to put my glasses etc. AND there was also plenty of room in the corner for a chair and a lamp. There was no place to sit down to read except on the beds and one chair at the desk. The other big issue was the television - the remote did not turn the tv on after it was shut off the first time. A lovely receptionist came initially to figure it out and find channels suitable for children, only 1, how would we have known to start in the 700's? We turned it off at bedtime, then in the morning there was no longer a signal. Last point - both sinks had the typical hot/cold flow reversed. Very hot water came out when the handle was turned right for cold water. This was not safe for children. !!!
