"Could’ve done better"

Booked our rooms together but the split us up. Then the next morning we asked to be placed together they said yes , so we packed up and waited for the room next to me to get cleaned. We left came back a couple hours later and they rented the room we reserved! Moved us apart 3 doors down!!!

Convenient area for our family trip

Wasn’t given a ground floor room as it was approved after booking. My husband is disabled and had a hard time with the stairs. Tv had white spots in it and shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced, has very low water pressure in shower. Had employees hanging in cars and friends in front of the office.
