Room 24 Ground floor was easy to access. Polite staff. Location was great.

Limited Parking, No hand towels. Full English breakfast was very poor for the over the top price. Limited breakfast choice Full English Bacon very fatty No beans or sausages when we went. Had to ask for some but surely this should be monitored. 10 minutes waiting for these food replacements. Shower goes from hot to cold when in use. Bed was hard and quilt to heavy for time of year.

Perhaps a two switches for the bathroom, as the light is very bright for during the night, for disturbing others, during the night. One being dimmer for night use.

Room good, but staff should tell us about the fault with water instead of a sign and inform us when checking in if we have breakfast or not next morning plus the reception staff this morning give us attitude and bluntly absolutely rude

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a lovely seating area and bar showing the World Cup matches, and the check-out process was easy and straightforward.

The room was quite small, with very little walking space around the bed. I also didn’t like that the toilet door didn’t lock. In addition, there was a constant trickling-water sound coming from the air conditioning unit, even though it was turned off.
