Close to every thing

They put us in the 2 part of the building in the back ,but when we use to book directly with them we stay in the main put of the building, ice machines didn't work and I always had to bring my own pillows because the pillow they have is throw pillows to small and it have my neck and back hurting

The space and the location

It’s under construction and it’s lots of dust and it’s kind d of difficult getting around

I have been here in two different occasions, but yesterday 4-20-26 was horrible. 1. I booked and when I got there at 6pm there were no rooms ready. 2. Finally got a room and the bed was broken . 3. Elevators were not working.

Comfortable and provides breakfast.

Nothing.

I liked the price that’s about it and the bed was decent and the room was cold

Smelled like mildew on the entire floor I was on and the breakfast left a lot to be desired

Upon checking in we were given a room on the 9th floor and told the elevator was not working. We insisted on a lower floor due to our age. We were put on the 5th floor. We were able to get the service elevator a few times otherwise we had to climb stairs 5 floors. The hotel is under construction so the noise was horrible from 7:30 am through 5pm. Not good for resting. I think we should have been warned of the construction. They said it would continue for the next 6 months or so. Feel like I was ripped off and would like at least a partial refund.

Location was fine and room was very spacious, and the staff was very friendly and courteous!

Shower was leaking more water down the wall than spraying out - was impossible to regulate temperature of water. Really hot or scalding and terrible pressure to boot. Hotel seemed like it was in it's prime about 30 years ago and not updated since. Had to use the service elevator as both of the guest elevators were out of order. Breakfast was only so-so, despite a number of recent positive reviews.
