Washroom was not cleaned and it smells gross also the sink had an issue of getting water blocked after use which make the bathroom smell worse and the toilet flush wasn’t working

The reception area looked absolutely lovely Staff accommodated my specific request for a room with a bath. Explained whole process and recommended places to go to drink if wanted to
