"Excellent"

it was good. the Gautrain picks and drops passengers right at the hotel gate so it was perfect for me as i had to catch a morning flight. also the shopping mall 200m away is super convenient

"Average stay"

Fair. Nothing fancy, nothing great. Room was small in comparison to other Mercure hotels we've been to. Conveniently close to Bridgewater commons for shopping and some food.

"Comfortable and accessible "

The reception was welcoming and the reception staff was pleasant. The finishing was tasteful. The bathroom was to die for. Though it was winter the air conditioning was on point making the room comfortable throughout the night. We ordered food from outside and the staff was helpful. All in all our stay was memorable.

I stayed in this place for 2 days during a business trip. The room is fairly small, but if you only need a place to sleep and stay over it is really a great venue. Fairly quiet, great and friendly staff and very clean. They don't have an in house restaurant however a nice shopping mall with lots of eating places are within walking distance to entertain your guests. I will any time stay here again and recommend it as a place with value for money in comparison with all the other hotels I stayed in Johannesburg.
