The heaters we places them at 30 but still pretty chilly in room we had to wake up 2 times and turn off and on the heater .. also they gave us a room all the way at the left end corner wich was a long walk for me since im disabled not able to walk much finally the maintenance confirmed that the heater wasn’t working and either of the rooms so they put us two rooms closer towards the entrance but still was pretty far. They stated that they didn’t have any rooms available. They were all like one and or the other end of the hotel so they were still pretty far of a walk.. we went to the restaurant that was attached to the property and once my father‘s food was served they explained to me that they didn’t have the plate that I ordered so I pretty much had to wait another 10 minutes for my food while my dad finished eating his food, the guacamole had so much onion she had to bring me a side of just avocado. Also there was like a family there at the pool getting drunk and loud for about 4 to 5 hours and they broke a tequila bottle in front of our hotel room door.

10 min walking distance to Galerías shopping mall, and to Estadio Caliente - very handy for late matches/events.

My flight was rescheduled, so I needed to book an early check-in; I called several times to the phone stated in his page, and they never picked up. I had to show up unannounced, requesting an early check-in; and they charged me half of the night fee. TV was not working due to cable being loose; technical staff had to come and fix it.

Location and communication from the staff is good

The information on the listing is wrong. When saying that the room has a queen size bed and when arriving it was a full size (a lot smaller).

We were in town for medical appointments and this place was very near the clinics and food options. The biggest serenity is knowing that the rental car had a safe parking space.

Friendly and helpful staff.

They gave a key to a stranger that unlocked our room and came in while we were sitting there with our kids. We called the front desk immediately and they seemed clueless to what was going on and basically said they'd look into it. The security issue was terrible. They seemed only slightly concerned at first and offered a five dollar discount on a future stay. All our stuff could have been stolen and they would be clueless. Based on that alone I would not recommend this place unless they show specifically how they will address the lack of security, especially for families. You should stay away. It was very loud and noisy within the hotel as well.
