Hotel was in disarray, appeared to be under construction. Cleanliness was lacking, with cigarette butts in hallway. Carpet appeared to have trash particles, but after closer inspection, it was either paint or sheetrock mud from repairs. We decided to cancel our room and found another hotel.
The room was clean, for what it was. Staff seemed fairly nice but had limited dealings with them. Parking was adequate and convenient. The area is pretty bad. The parking lot was littered with homeless people. Walked out one morning (we stayed two nights) and found a syringe right next to our vehicle. The next morning there was what appeared to be a small encampment set up right next to our vehicle (boots, jackets, even a radio and free weights - and when I say next to, I literally mean NEXT TO. The radio was propped against our tire). The plugs in the room did not work properly. One of the plugs overheated our charger, melting it. Once again - melting, in the literal sense. Maybe figurative in this case??? My wife’s smart watch no longer charges. We let the staff know and they weren’t too concerned, just giving us corporates number. So we will see what happens. Overall, I don not recommend, however I would likely stay again because I’m a cheap MFer and it was kind of what I expected given the price, the other reviews and the location.

USThe water was hot, the TV and remote worked, and there was plenty of parking. Friendly staff.
The room wasn't clean, very dusty, musty, and the AC barely worked, the water pressure was low, the shower curtain was hanging down, and it smelled really rancid when walking in. When I first checked in I thought it was a brothel because of how naked the other people were walking around. Staff said nothing! Plus people were walking around outside at night smoking weed like it was legal.
