Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Uptown

I was tired, went to bed around 8 PM. I was awakened around 9 PM with a noise in the wall, or on the other side of the wall behind my bed. My daughter was in the other bed and was sound asleep. It sounded like a motor running, I could not go back to sleep so I moved to the sofa. Luckily it was comfortable and I fell asleep. I awakened later in the night, around midnight, went back to the bedroom and the sound was gone so I moved back to the bed. I did leave a note for housekeeping requesting they notify management. By the way, I do have a hearing disability, so it was loud enough for me to hear.

just now on Google We stayed at Homewood Suites 7101 Arvada in room 212. Do NOt Stay here. The smell was very bad. We itched so bad when trying to sleep. We think there was some type of spray on our sheets.The next morning I took all sheets off the bed. The fitted sheet was a brown color everywhere. The toilet was broken along with crap in the bowl. When I got in the tub I got full of white cork from the trim on the floor and around the tub was still wet and it had black hair in it. The ceiling in the bedroom had to be repaired. I will never stay here again. We normally when traveling stay in homewood Suites but my husband said, he done. We went eat dinner around 8 pm when we returned there were four cop cars. Shady cars running through the parking lot. Breakfast wasn’t great. Scrabble eggs were white color not yellow. If it would haven’t been so late we would have left on the middle of the night.

Conveniently located, easy access, the room we stood in was pretty big, the gym was nice

Our room and the hotel is in desperate need of care- most of the seats in the breakfast area had tears, the couch in our room had a tear, there was no plug for the bathroom sink and the water barely drained from hair left on it. There were stains that hadn’t been wiped down on the bedroom door and furniture. While it was Balloon festival time, they didn’t seem to plan ahead and ran out of batter for the waffles, which was the only thing at breakfast that tasted freshly made vs just reheated. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the mattress section next to the bedside stand were losing their support. The duvet had a nice weight, but only on top off the bed, the part that hangs over is just the thickness of a sheet- so if two people are in the bed, it’s not wide enough to cover you.
