The room, service and stay were excellent! I was not satisfied with the continental breakfast service. Normally, there is a staff member monitoring the food and beverages to make sure food is available 6:00AM - 9:30 AM. Three consecutive days (3-6 October 2025), the food supply and service were terrible. Orange juice, muffins, milk, and waffles were out before 7:30 AM without resupply throughout 9:30AM.

"NASTY..FAlling apart..YOU Don"t CARE"

Room was clean. The lady in the breakfast area was great. The lady in the Laundry was great. The people staying there in the other rooms made the stay better.

Room was clean. The lady in the breakfast area was great. The lady in the Laundry was great. Your maintenance man has NO idea what he is doing. Our bathroom door was falling off hinges. He brought me the damn screwdriver to fix it. He walked around on his telephone and drupey pants. The refrigerator did not work when we got there on Friday and I told them I wanted a refrigerator that worked I never saw. We had to keep everything cold In the damn Cooler we had to go buy because the refrigerator didn't work. The beds are horrible hard as hell. Never again. Word of mouth will kill your business that you have left. Talked to a couple of your employees found out YOU don't want to spend any money fixing it back up. The pool was NASTY as HELL. I will let it be known NOT to come here.

"Labor Day weekend stay"

The staff upon checking in was Kyli and upon checking out Heather were so pleasant and knowledgeable. They were super helpful! My room was clean and bug free! Just the way I like it! Breakfast was a bonus! Plenty of free parking was also great!
