"Average clean hotel "

The hotel is an average hotel. It needs updated and cleaned up outside. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Remove the carpets in the room and update the bathroom.

The overall neighborhood was unsatisfactory. The outdoor areas were in need of cleaning & repair. Our room door had broken latches and drapes were not clean. Room needs painting,carpet needs cleaning. Pillows were totally worn out.

key card didnt work toilet seat falling off carpet wet where sink leaking told manger told would fix never did didnt change towels as promised told by night staff they charge extra for tried to dry water off floor only turned towels black from nasty carpet
