Best Western Corpus Christi

It was clean, quiet and good service

Stayed 1 night on our way to SA. Great room, clean and the shower was the best part, the pressure!! Breakfast was awesome, helpful staff and very attentive ladies. Slept very well, but we could hear the car racers below from our 10th floor room.

For the price and location (walking distance to the marina, restaurants, parks, and museums), the Best Western Corpus Christi is an outstanding value. Yes, it is an older building, but has been well maintained over the years (it's been a hotel since construction and opening in 1966, under different ownership in earlier years). Current ownership is continuing to renovate and upgrade the rooms. My room had a beautiful view, was quiet, and everything worked fine and was spotless. I enjoyed an hour one evening in the Grandview Lounge on the 11th floor, with lovely holiday decorations and another awesome view. And the staff at this hotel is amazing. From check in/out, to maintenance (who I could see working on other rooms on my floor) and housekeeping, to the lovely ladies who manage the huge 11th floor breakfast selection (one insisted on making a breakfast burrito for me when they were out), the service was exceptional.

Good location, very friendly staff. Great views from the breakfast room.

There was a strange unconfortable humming and buzzing motor noise somewhere near the room the whole night. Balcony doors/windows can not be opened. Parking for 20$ is too expensive.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Needed AC adjustment and service was very prompt. It was easy for family traveling with pets.
