"Good"

Toilet broke at 4am and flooded my room. Refunded the night and gave me breakfast but was expecting to speak to the manager at least but he never appeared. Night staff should know location and how to turn off water valves.

"Great Staff, Great Location!"

Friendly staff and great facility were appreciated. But the main selling point for us was the great location; so close to UC Davis Medical and Shriners Children’s Hospital. Having a nice space to go back to between the kiddo’s medical appointments has been such a relief! The staff at this location understand a lot of guests are involved with the nearby hospitals for medical and are super accommodating & understanding.

"Convenience Plus"

The location. The hotel was very close to the UCDavis surgery center. I had asked for an early check in due to our surgery schedule and we were able to check in between 1 and 2. I appreciated the cleanliness/newness and also the Bistro food available on property. We did not want to drive to find food.

The Bistro needs more staffing especially at the breakfast hours. The staff was doing the best they could but someone on coffe, someone on food and someone on the register would have customers served sooner. It was a long wait.
