Comfortable bed, shower was hot, and fairly quiet location, Staff was very good at responding to issues. Microwave and refrigerator worked.

Pool was not open the 1st day of a 4-day stay "due to kids using it the night before!" Key Card didn't work on outside door closest to room, even after rescanning it. No body wash in shower container. Phone was not plugged in. Exercise room had not been cleaned. Treadmill needed to be re-set in order to use. Cracked tiles in bathroom, desk chair needed to be pitched (very old & worn out). Same hot dish at breakfast for 3 days. Cereal options were Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes!! No "adult" cereal. Whole place needs some TLC.
