Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children 8 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Parque era muito bom, instalações precisam de atualizações reparos e mais estrutura de estacionamento coberto com mais vagas

"Férias para família!"

Café da manhã muito bom e farto! Um Ponto a mais para os pães de fermentação natural quentinhos no café! O acesso ao parque aquático tornou as férias das crianças ainda mais divertida, mesmo a caminhada do hotel até lá sendo longa. Como sugestão poderia ter algum lugar para marcar jogos de beach tênis, levamos as raquetes, tinha quadras disponíveis e não tinha com quem jogar ( talvez na própria recreação podia ter uma lista de quem quer jogar e marcar horário para essa recreação adulta)

Poderia ter um acesso mais próximo ao parque aquático, sem ter que fazer toda a volta e passar pelo my Mabu. Os vendedores dos aps do my Mabu se tornam impertinentes, ficamos uma semana e fomos abordados todos os dias por eles ma chegada ou saído do café ou janta (mesmo deixando claro que não tínhamos interesse).
