Rien, si nous avions pu annuler directement la réservation sans payer nous l aurions fait!

Un personnel plus qu insultant! Nous sommes un couple gay; le personnel s étonne alors que nous n avons qu une chambre lit simple, il nous force alors en nous demandant de prendre soit une seconde chambre soit une chambre lit double; ce que nous refusons! Il se met alors à évoquer un mot dans une autre langue que l anglais incompréhensible ! Il nous demande alors tous nos papiers pour vérifier notre réservation, cela a pris 20 minutes! Jamais vu ça! De plus hôtel plus que déplorable et sale!! Une honte

They put us out because of kittens my emotional support animal had to get rid of them so we can move then the next location put us out and didn't tell us why but it was because of the people that work at them hotels

The front desk people were very accommodating and nice

It's was roaches and the hot water was warm,the bed was uncomfortable and the linen and towels were dingy

The room was nice, clean.

There was a roach in the room, only one that I saw. I hope I didn't take one with me.

Nada. Un lugar Pésimo.

Un lugar Pésimo. Las condiciones de la Habitacion era inaceptable. Todo estaba Quebrado. Sucio. Olia muy mal y las ropas de camas no las habian cambiado. El inodoro roto al igual que las llaves de agua. Un total desastre. No parecia un Hotel de Estados unidos. La seguridad del Hotel es pesima. No existe. La puerta de entrada estaba Rota. En fin un total desastre. Las cucarachas caminaban encima de la cama.
