Friendly and accommodating staff. Great customer service

I've stay in hotels from 3 stars to 5 stars through the years and this AmericInn in Tomah has been indiscutible the best I've been in a long time. My room was very clean. I inspected everywhere and brought my on cleaning supplies but didn't need them. The bed was siper comfy. The tv had many movie channels for free. The water pressure was excellent. My room was sound proof but It was very quiet even at the pool. The staff was very polite and so were the guests. The breakfast was the usual for a hotel of this price. Conveniently located near restaurants and gas station. The price was right!

Room was quiet and reasonably spacious. Didn't hear any neighbors. Good breakfast options. We didn't use the pool, but hot tub and pool area looked inviting. Reasonably close to Perkins (via car) for a decent sit-down dinner. But Tomah does have all kinds of fast-food options, as well as a couple of Kwik Trips. Walmart is a good option for stocking your fridge, if you're staying longer.

The calmest experience ! My husband and I were road weary and this was the most pleasant stay of all highway hotels. And the most reasonably priced and with hot breakfast. Non blaring music in the lobby! Or TV turned up so you’re assaulted by noise constantly. A peaceful stay. And the staff so friendly and professional. Thank you

This clean, well-run budget hotel is adjacent to I-94, just north of the spilt with I-90. My midnight check-in was a breeze and I was off to my in less than two minutes. I wish all places were this organized. My room with a single -queen bed was all I need for a decent night's rest and I was on the road about eight hours later. The room was quiet, the bed was fine for this price point, with a microwave and refrigerator. If you have kids, there is a pool. The hotel offers your typical complimentary breakfast, but I stay at a lot of hotels and I'd rather start my day with something I like rather than save a few dollars. I'd start here again.
