I liked the service, location, and cleanliness

The beds were a little hard for my preference but still a good nights sleep

they dont clean them

It was very clean, everything worked just as it should

Didn't have not a one ashtray in a smoking room & not enough towels for the spa

Great location and comfortable stay!

Looked nice on the outside very close to food and shopping

The floors were very dirty. The breakfast was barely an option other than a banana some coffee and sunny d. The beds are uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at other hotels for the same price with no deposit and they are more comfortable. Also kept smelling weed on the non smoking side in my room.

Nothing.

UPDATE - After filing a complaint with corporate and waiting on hold for 30 minutes, this hotel offered a free night's stay in the future as compensation for filth. As if I would ever go back there! DO NOT stay at this hotel. We had purchased tickets to Shoals Fest months ago, but due to my bf having a major medical event over the summer, we thought we would have to cancel. He has been recovering so well, we decided at the last minute to go. Because we needed an ADA room, our choices were very limited, but this motel had one room available. It was smoking – we don’t smoke – but we would deal with it. The room was pretty dingy, but we figured we would make the best of it. I kicked off my shoes and began organizing our things since we were going to be staying for four nights. The room floor was linoleum and felt weird to walk on, but I didn’t think much of it until a couple of hours later, when I noticed my feet were black. I was walking on dirt! I took a shower, and when I wiped down the floor so my bf wouldn’t slip if he came in, the bottom of the towel was dirty. When I finally got into bed, I found ashes and burn holes on the comforter. NOTHING HAD BEEN CHANGED FROM THE PRIOR GUEST! This room had not been cleaned in months. (I have submitted 4 photos) Unfortunately, there were no other hotels with wheelchair accessibility available in the area, so we were stuck here. They did clean after I complained – half-assed, because what this room really needed was a complete scrubbing.

I requested a ground floor room cuz i am handicapped but they don't seem 2 have one!
