Shuttle to airport and parking at hotel during trip

System issues on arrival. Had to provide handwritten credit card information due to system issues. Last time I stayed there were similar issues at check in.

With digital check-in, check-out, and digital key, sometimes I forget how important first impressions and personal contact can be. Because a digital key wasn't ready when I arrived, I had the privilege of checking in with Dale at the front desk. His friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency set the stage for a very nice stay at the Hilton Austin Airport. All the staff I met, including those at breakfast, were great and deserve a big thank you. The hotel was clean, with fast and reliable wi-fi, and a nice fitness center. Breakfast, the only meal I had at the restaurant, was delicious. The room was clean, very quiet, and all the furnishings were in very good condition. The room was excellent for sleeping and for getting some work done. The hotel shuttle was reliable, and when the weather was nice, it was only about a 15-minute walk to the terminal. Not much near the hotel except the cell phone lot with a convenience store, and several fast-food restaurants (Whataburger, Subway, and Un Taco Mas). If you don't have a car, the CapMetro 20 bus to downtown stops literally right across the street from the hotel. All in all, a very nice stay at the Hilton Austin Airport.

Elevator didn’t work and pool area closed

It was convenient to the airport and had a shuttle that got us there on time. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.

Slightly high cost for the amount of time we were there.

Staff were very nice. Room service was great.

Right outside the airport. Has a Starbucks and the breakfast is good.
