Hilton Nashville Downtown

This was our 3rd time staying at this HILTON property. Each time we have stayed here, the front desk customer service has been blah and left us feeling like we aren't appreciated as guests, customer service could improve. This hotel is a beautiful property on the main level, but the guest rooms are in need of a refurbishment as things are becoming worn. However, the hotel feels clean and is well maintained, but could be even better with updated guest rooms. The hotel rooms are very spacious which is a plus. The daily housekeeping staff was prompt and friendly. We visited this year during CMA Fest and the location can't be beat. There are three elevators, but one was completely disabled and one was working intermittently, which left one elevator to compensate for many guests to use. The elevator situation became quite the topic amongst guests and is unfortunate for the price paid nightly. This hotel is walkable to many things in downtown Nashville which makes it a prime location for visitors.

We travel to Nashville every year for CMAFest. One of our favorite things to do is go see our favorite bartender at the Hilton Downtown. We were so disappointed to learn Judy Rose is no longer there. We followed her from the Bridge Bar where we met her 16 years ago. Time to find a new favorite spot as it's just not the same without her.

No microwave in the room

The breakfast was very good but a bit pricey at $55 for 2. We didn't do that the 2nd morning.

No complimentary coffee in atrium.

Friendly staff. A bit expensive but couldn't get a better location...everything within walking distance.
