This particular hotel was in very poor condition. The floor in our room was so out of plumb that the bathroom door would open all the way.

The chair in the room need to be cleaner. The don’t look good enough to sit in other than that the room was comfortable clean and had no problem

With the casino, I’m walking distance myself and my wife decided to press our luck. No we didn’t win but the hotel is conveniently located nearby. Once renovation is completed we will definitely be back.

The chief, front desk staff and maids provided great customer service, they were welcoming and polite, also doing the best they can to satisfy customer’s request. The food is cooked and served well. Thank you very much for the services.

It needs to be totally regutted. Carpet,furniture(splintered) floors are beyond old and dingy ,water pressure was horrible...Bedding was old. Beyond disappointed becaue we have stayed there in the past and it was such a fantastic place to stay. The pictures you show pn your website is definitely not what you get. Being that it is such a prime location you would think Wyndham cared about this facility as part of their brand.

We didn’t have a bad experience, we read some past reviews and were worried. but the worst was the ac vents at the front desk were all dripping from condensation. And there was a dog show happening so a lot of guests with dogs were there, and there was a smell in the halls and rooms that you could tell was covered up by a cleaner of some kind. The snacks in the snack store was grossly over priced. But the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We asked for towels at 4am and it was brought to us very promptly. Hopefully it’ll be much better after renovations
