Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center

It was close to the convention center. Where I spent most of my time while in Nola.

Staff was unfriendly. Unhelpful during the stay. When booked breakfast was included, but when arrived on property was informed breakfast needed to be paid for on a day to day basis.

parking attendants seem rude we tipped them every day. we never got a Thank you. also when I was checking out the front desk lady asked me if I had my card blocked. I told her no. she told me my card was declined twice I told her how?! I just checked my card & the funds are there! also the front desk clerk did not give me a receipt when I checked out & that caused a issue with the parking attendants. they thought I didn't pay for parking. No one smiles no one greets you! When we checked in the front desk clerk had the phone receiver off the hook I asked her why she's not answering the phone. she said they call to ask dumb questions!

In the bathroom sink, the hot and cold water lines were installed backwards. When you wanted cold, it was hot and vice versa.

Every thing was perfect. Front desk Receptionists were all very friendly and pleasant.
