Hilton Dallas-Park Cities

My check in experience was excellent. Mohammad made sure all of our needs were met and that we had the perfect room. He showed true care and concern for us. The room was great and the atmosphere at the property is excellent. There are higher end hotels in Dallas, but this property is a great value for a great experience. And i especially appreciate Mohammad.

Kabir was my hotel guide. He was very nice and patient with all my questions my entire family gathered for a family wedding. The hotel was very nice but the people were amazing. The valets went above and beyond. Kabir was dynamite. Also smiling and helpful almost every day I had a question or concern and he was so very kind. I’d stay there or recommend in a second. Thanks for everything.

We were taken care of by Mohammad from the time of booking to the time of checking into the hotel! He made sure we were upgraded, welcomed us with a huge smile, and has been extremely accommodating. Our room is perfect, clean, and we are very happy!! We chose this hotel for convenience and location- and we made the right choice! Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable hotel. Have stayed here twice. My only negative experience is with the mandatory valet parking. We have had to wait maybe 15 minutes on several occasions to get our car which made us late to obligations and there is nowhere to park other than through the valet. Probably won't stay here again solely due to the valet.

Mohammed, the overnight supervisor, is absolutely fantastic and really went out of his way to take care of me. I booked my room last minute and it was just wonderful to meet a friendly face and someone dedicated to accommodating my last minute trip decision. It's been a while since I booked at a Hilton. I did today because this Dallas location is in close proximity to a business meeting I have in the morning. I normally stay at IHG and have Diamond Elite status with them. However, as both an individual and a CEO of a global business, I'm considering switching where I do to my business over the warmth and hospitality I was met with today. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help a bearded guy in a Harley Davidson t-shirt as thoughtfully as you would have a guy dressed in a suit (which I will be tomorrow). Says a whole lot about your company and how you encourage your employees to represent your brand. Thank you and have a wonderful evening.

Great hotel for business travelers

I am here on business with my dog, Ellie. The staff is wonderful and helps with all our needs. The front desk staff greats us each day, the valet service is excellent. The food is delicious and Stephanie Arnold with housekeeping always takes wonderful care of us ❤️!

Great stay, staff was very professional. Front desk employee Kabir provided excellent service. Room was very clean. Location is very nice and close to Dallas love field. Uber was about $30. Quiet hotel and very comfortable. Would stay there again!
