"Many improvements still required!"

They have upgraded and appeared to be trying to improve. The young man at the front desk was very polite and tried to be helpful, but really did not consider the actual depth of our concerns.

Pool and hot tub being renovated, no notification. Desk clerk did upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi, but we lost the spare room we were looking for. The upgrade was obviously rushed and unprofessional. Carpets not under the trim properly, new wall paper peeling due to poor installation. TV had all optional HDMI and USB ports disabled and we were told they did not have an alternate, and obviously did not care. If we were still travelling with children we would have told them to play in the lobby until the TV situation was corrected. Last, there was a FECES STAIN on the couch, so we turned the cushion over. We informed them at checkout and were told they felt they should check. Really? Booking needs to consider NO up front payments! A refundable deposit, until you have seen your room and decided to stay! We felt trapped.

When the house keeping lady keeps her cleaning cart right outside my door and slamming , banging around objects super loud and it was hard for my study is what I definitely loved each day!

How loud and annoying the cleaning house keeper people are !

"Good value and location - would stay here again!"

Location was great - and we had some of the newly renovated rooms which were really nice! Loved that there was lots of lighting options and the space was set up nice!

I didn't like that the shower didn't have a door. Made a huge mess of water on the bathroom floor. This was really frustrating as there were three of us sharing the room so by the time it was your turn to shower the floor rug was completely soaked because there was so much water spraying out of the shower.

Booked the room in that hotel for use of the hot tub, which we didn't find out until we arrived, that it was out of service due to renovations. Would have been thoughtful to have that information listed on the website
