I feel like the breakfast could use a little improvement. But overall, the value and location are well worth the basic breakfast ;)
USI thought it was sketchy, but I was just visiting family, and my room was very comfortable. The employees were nice. The homeless people were always in the parking lot.
USUSEverything was rusted, there was screws coming out of the bathtub and towel rack, I assume they installed themselves. The shower head had a leak so it was coming from two different places when you turned it on. Our bed had a massive indention in it making it impossible to sleep. They DO NOT have a hot tub as they say they do, they are referring to a bath tub with jets that’s not even in every room. There were what I’m assuming were syringe caps stuffed down the sink. We were out on the third floor with no working elevator. No compensation was refunded for all this nor were we offered a different room. Would not stay again.

The halls were either extremely cold or hot and smelled of mildew. The rooms are dated. The bed was falling down and I woke up in pain each of my 5 mornings there. The last evening I stayed there, the criminal element was exceptionally high. Some man robbed a bank and then came here to hide out. Cleaning is basic. No edges. Dirty foodstuff left in my room. They charged me a $150 deposit for a service animal. Front desk staff was lovely aside from the mid shift gentleman. The owner could really spruce up the place.
