Breakfast- great variety, ample amounts, even gluten free options Room- great location on 1st floor, great size Location- close to everything, many dining options nearby Staff- the main reason I would return. Excellent from beginning to end. Was always greeted politely, treated my kids nicely, helpful when I had an issue with the fridge

The bathroom floor was dusty in the corners- no biggie but kinda gross The mini fridge never fully got cold, but nothing to be done about it tho as they tried

Every one is professional and engaging. The entire staff are helpful and go the extra mile. We stay there every time we come to the area. Convenient and always a pleasure staying there. We stay there every time we come to Lake Wales to visit family. It’s worth the extra miles to stay where we ALWAYS get treated like family. They went out of their way to accommodate our entire family when we were in the area for a family wedding. Allowing us to check in early to dress for the wedding and then setting all of us together so we could all hang out with the newlyweds the first night. I a Hilton Honors but would stay here even if it was not a Hilton.

The location

My wife and my kids went for a trip and while they staying the bathroom roof was leaving all night and all what they did is give her towels to dry it up , and they couldn’t sleep and she have 3 4 and 7 years old kids and when we asked for a late check out so the kids can sleep a bit take a nap before they head the road , they said the max is 12:30 pm 😞
