Motel stinks, dirty, covers for bottom of bed are stained n have burn holes n im in a non smoking room, walls are cracking n peeling, behind tv is really dusty, only good is no sign of bugs n bed doesnt feel hard!! Its more like a $40 motel🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

We did not get to use the room due to bad communication from one shift to the other and a night shift attendant that did not know where to find the key. I rented the room for my special needs sister to stay in while visiting my parents. I made a special trip there in the morning to take care of the checkin and leave a key for my sister. When my sister arrived the desk agent told her that she did not have a key for me and could not find my name on a reservation and turned her away and the room was unused. I am requesting a refund and the hotel is making me reach out to booking.com for the refund.

"Wedding Weekend Trip From Knoxville, Tn."

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our housekeeper was very sweet and took very good care of us. Our room was nice, very clean, and did NOT break the bank. The hotel is a nice little quaint place. Plus, a few weeks before our trip I had fractured the top of my foot and was in a boot. The lady at the front desk took very good care of us, changed our room to downstairs, and right next to the ice machine and the office so I wouldn't have to walk very far. We will be back. THANKS EVERYONE for taking such good care of my husband and I.

The only problem we had was that our door key/card wouldn't work. So the lady at the desk gave us the housekeeper's card 😂...

Plenty of free parking but poorly lit parking lot. Staff is always super friendly. Be prepared for plenty of steps to 2nd floor. Ask for 1sr floor if stairways are a difficulty. No elevators. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. I'll stay there again. Well priced.
