Old conditions and furniture and towels stained i needed always ask for HSK for another one

Room service was good, and the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is convenient, with the bus stop and ferry terminal within walking distance.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and were looking forward to returning home. We chose this hotel based on its rating on this portal, however, our experience did not reflect the score. The main issues were as follows: We booked a room with a sea view, which initially seemed like an advantage. However, the room was located directly above the main road leading to the ferry terminal. The balcony doors provided very poor sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep because of the constant traffic noise. Furthermore, when events were held in the restaurant, the noise could be clearly heard in the room, as if the event were taking place next door. After we raised this issue at reception, we were offered a room on the opposite side of the hotel, but only as a paid upgrade to a bay-view room for an additional €20 per night. We had booked half board. The variety and selection of food were rather limited and did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The animation team appeared to be large, but the entertainment programme was not very visible or engaging. During almost half of our stay, we hardly noticed any activities taking place. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property. In our opinion, it corresponds more closely to an average 3-star hotel.

Pokoje dosyć duże, duży taras, nie czuć bylo nieprzyjemnych zapachów, klimatyzacja trochę słabo działała a bylo bardzo gorąco, baseny duże, śniadanie w porządku jak w większości europejskich hoteli, hotel w bardzo ładnej okolicy, dookoła nie ma sklepów, dobra restauracja około 20 min na piechotę, z restauracji w porcie nie korzystaliśmy, pobyt bardzo udany, w pokojach od strony portu codziennie grała głośna muzyka co trochę przeszkadzało w spaniu, ogólnie polecam

The property is close to the ferry terminal, and has a bus stop, as well as a large parking lot. The room was big, and had a balcony. The WiFi worked well. The pools were nice. The gift shop is well stocked.

The pools, tennis courts, etc., were only available certain hours and closed very early. The tap water (like throughout Malta) isn't drinkable, and there was no easily accessed filtered water, although after I left they claimed that we could have gotten some from the restaurant. The water in the gift shop was significantly more expensive than in grocery stores. We were in a hall with a large group of school kids, and they were loud, and the hotel didn't do much to quiet them, despite my asking several times. Nothing except the ferry terminal is within walking distance of distance. We had breakfast once, which was fine, but not great, especially for the price charged. This is a fine budget hotel, but my reviews would be better if the price were lower. It seemed over-priced for what we got to me.
