Infrastruktúra.

Az előzetes kommunikáció nem volt megfelelő. Kérdeztek válaszoltunk. Kértünk plusz szolgáltatást (minimális kis szülinapi díszítést a lányainknak) de se díszítést sem választ nem kaptunk. Ivóvíz nincs a szobában, és az étterem ahol a palackokat tölthettük volna nem mindig volt nyitva.

We chose this hotel for a short stay in a quiet location. We planned to visit local beach across the lagoon and take a few trips to Comino, Gozo, possibly Mellieha. The location is excellent for such weekend getaway - a 5-minute walk to the public ferry to Gozo and boats to Comino, big bus station is here as well. The facilities are good: you get 4-star amenities that may need some refreshing but at a 3-star price, our room was ok - the views make up for any drawbacks. The breakfast was good, the pool terraces with beautiful views with everything you need, also a gym, shops, etc and a nice terrace bar-restaurant near the beach. The reception staff were very kind and always accommodatd my requests.

The hotel is good for the 3-4-star value-for-money range. I agree it is practical to buy sparkling water on the way to the hotel. The only drawback was that one morning the cleaning service insisted on cleaning - we had no Do not disturb door hanger in the room. Coffee lovers may want to skip the breakfast coffee machines and go straight to the barista :)
