Great stay! Nice pool! Comfy beds! Excellent customer service and staff! Only suggestion is a better variety for breakfast! :)

First of all the bed so you got on it you guys rode straight to the middle. It is junk. The chair in the room was filthy and the material underneath the cushion was hanging and touching the floor. The room was not clean at all then water from the bathroom ceiling started pouring down even through the light fixture at the top which the light started flickering, which is not very safe at all. Yes, the girl at the front desk was very nice to us, upgraded us and everything, but I would not stay at that hotel and will not recommend that hotel to anyone and if I had my way you should give me my money back.

The only thing that bummed me out was that they were booked up and i couldn't stay an extra night- which is in no way the fault of the hotel!!

It was just ok.

The location is great, the breakfast and breakfast area was really good. The room has seen a better day, it’s a little worn down, with broken switch plates and the door had 4 sharp screws protruding through the exterior of the door where maintenance used screws that were too long to fix the interior chain lock. It seems maybe some rooms are used as residences, because the first floor had an overwhelming smell of food being cooked and several large trash bags in the hallway.

There was used soap left in the shower left from previous guest. The little fridge wasn't working due to an electrical issue. The cleaning staff was super nice and helpful. The renovations were a nice improvement.

Rooms are filthy. Pool is freezing so you won’t use it.
