Quality Inn East Liverpool - Calcutta

The property is clean. The rooms are very nice.

Staff was very professional and helpful.

Bed not so comfortable. Felt like it needs replaced. Not enough support. First time at this hotel the bed was not good.

Half the lights didn't work and there was a weird smell. They moved me and the tweekers above my new room were so loud I had to call the front desk from my personal phone 3 times because the phone in my room didn't work. It sounded like they were constantly moving furniture and stomping around. CONSTANTLY. Front desk did nothing. I called the cops. Ended up leaving at 2am to sleep in my truck. I had to be up for work at 5am. This was a Thursday. F. THIS. PLACE. 2 and a half bills for 2 nights in this outdated relic left a disgusting taste in my mouth.

3 day, 2 night stay and room was never cleaned. Had to ask for clean towels just to shower.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff.

It was close to a lot of places. Very convenient

Wifi should be included in this day and age! Heating system in room was very loud!

Staff was very friendly. Light switches in rooms were cracked or would fall off. Breakfast was not impressive. No toast, muffins, bagels, etc. no sugar free options or even hard boiled eggs. Waffles, yogurt, and cereal only.
