Staff was very mean

I want to give a good review but I can’t. My room smells so strongly of mold and urine that all I’ve done is consider leaving and asking for a refund. In addition the furniture is not just broken but gross. The sheets do appear to be clean but that isn’t saving this for me at all.

quiet place

no toilet papers, bedsheets that had stains of unknown on them.

Had money stolen out of personal bags (they dug in personal bags). And was kicked out of room before check out even happend. Also ended up having to pay more money for the room not what was on booking.com

The room was clean and comfortable

Booked using booking.com and was told the king room I booked was all sold out. Got a double twin room instead. The reception person was not friendly at all, and in fact, I felt as if I was an inconvenience to him by just being there...with only 12 cars in the parking lot I find it hard to believe that they were that full.

Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00. We arrived at 9:00 for breakfast and it was shut down. No do not disturb signs on door. Housekeeping walked into our room I suppose thinking we had left

The sink was dirty and clearly wasn't cleaned between guests as there were dark hairs in and on the sink. The curtains wouldn't close completely and the heat lamp in the bathroom didn't work. The printed channel guide for the TV was also not up to date. Otherwise my stay was ok.

not well kept up and staff unpleasant

When I went down for breakfast I only saw coffee.I haven't seen any food.
