It was a ok stay. Disappointed because we booked it for my sons birthday for the pool. And when booking it said pool would be open starting February 1st. And it was still closed March 1st when we came. Only reason we booked it is so our son could enjoy the pool for his birthday. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the pool was closed both times. The 'guaranteed in room coffee maker' was non-existent. Room was not clean.

"I wouldn’t stay here again"

That it was close to my son house

There was no pool no hot tub it was broken. The first room had a cord running into another room and the door didn’t shut so i had to ask for another room. The door to get into and out of the building didn’t lock so anyone could walk in. The breakfast was horrible nothing really to eat. No staff really on site.

Nothing!

Just plain dirty hallway smelled like ass ! No coffee maker or cups. Had to pay more than what was booked for. Charged. Me $30 a day for dog. Best Western only charges $20 . Horrible customer service couldn’t even get a receipt.

It was a place to sleep.

Pool was empty and the exercise room was under maintenance. Breakfast was very sparse.
