It was great for the price and location.

It’s a convenient location in regards to the college campus.

The pool was unavailable & after a long day & football camp we were really looking forward to jumping in.

A/c needing worked on as humid that night had late check in so took 4 hrs cool room down

The main area with beds was nice.

The hallways smelled bad, and the elevator was very outdated. Outlet covers were missing, and the hair dryer would not shut off unless you unplugged it, and the top of the outlet could not be used, as anything you plugged in would fall out. The shower/tub had pubic hair in it and was stained from the leaking faucet. Also, the bathroom door would not shut without a lot of force. There were no hooks to hang our towels on. Side note, the pool was closed and we could not swim.

The linens were clean. However, this is really the only thing I can say.

We arrive to find that the main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool space. The pool was closed. No notice was given and it was not listed on the website. Come to find out it has been closed for quite a while. The "updated" rooms are fair at best. Paint peeling and corners were definitely cut with the updates. Had to change rooms because the TV did not work. No one ever came to clean the room or refresh the linens. No new towels offered. The GM stated that he would give a discount for the pool not being usable. I still have yet to receive that refund.
