Chech in was horrible. I called several times that week to confirm reservation. Was told everything was good. Only to get there and my reservation could not be found. Eventually it was found after 30min. The front desk clerk was the only person working. The first room smelled like cigarettes. The toilet was clogged and the floor was damaged. We moved to a different room. It was ok. The over all experience was terrible. I will not stay again.

This hotel was horrible! There was cockroaches in the room, the bathroom door was falling off the wall, the door to the room wouldn’t lock, it was very dirty, hairs from previous guests were in the bathroom, and while I was sleeping a bug ran across my face! They advertise a pool but the pool was out of service and by the looks of it, it had been out for a long time. Will never come back here or recommend to anyone!

"Pay 5 million and get questioned at your car!"

We didn’t even get to get our things out of the car when the owner came out questioning us.. I went in to pee (bathrooms were disgusting), came back out to the car to get our things situated when I saw the owner walking over to our car. He questioned us and our intentions (This website said there were open rooms) and actually came at us. He told us that we had no respect and had no business staying at his hotel and wanted “5 million dollars” for us to stay there. Which I found very ironic because it was a POS. Don’t waste your time. Plan ahead and go somewhere else

"Pretty much what I expected "

Came here for a one night stay while visiting friends. This was virtually the only option unless we wanted to commute nearly an hour. The guy at the front was very very very nice. But the property is not the best. Room smelled like hot feet so i sprayed Lysol until i coughed and lit a candle. Tub floor and shower curtain were brown. They should invest in Magic Erasers and replace the shower curtains all together because that was so gross. But at least the fridge worked and kept my waters cold. Also I saw an unidentified crawly bug but he was lightning fast so I can’t positively ID it as a roach. I let the guy at the front desk know and he offers to switch my room but i told him it was not necessary. I was only in the room to change clothes and sleep before hitting the road the next day so it served it’s purpose. Don’t think I would stay here again though.

"Good trip Horrible hotel !!!"

The hotels needs a full makeover !!! I spent $100 at Walmart to try and make my stay more comfortable for me. If I had a choice I would’ve drove to next city majority ruled. 1) sink was broke tub had a permanent dirt spots . 2) The room had an old smell but the candle helped with a Walmart trip. Oh I couldn’t open the window for fresh air no screens in the window. 3) The sheets had stains on them so another item I handled at Walmart. 4) Roaches !!!!

Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The check-in process was smooth, however, I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. It was supposed to be a deluxe room, but it lacked basic amenities such as a microwave. The refrigerator was old and had some old food and dirt underneath the bed. I kindly requested the housekeeping staff to sweep the room, but unfortunately, they never came. I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but that should not be an excuse for providing subpar accommodations.

Horrible experience in Louisbourg North Carolina bathroom ceiling started to leak toilets stopped flushing no coffee or coffee Maker no strainer in sink just a hole Internet not working no telephone what else No shampoo no conditioner No place to put soap in shower Had to go out and buy a strain for theink because the hole was there but no strainer

"Avoid this hotel."

After a long flight, I drove to this hotel thinking that this would be a fine hotel to stay at, due to being a national chain. I walked in at 1:50 pm and asked to check in. The person said check in wasn't until 3, even though the place was empty. I explained that I just had a rough flight and wanted to shower and rest. Again, he said not until 3. I then explained to the gentleman that I was slated to stay there for the next 4 weeks straight and to work with me. He told me he would charge me extra for this. Begrudgingly, I accepted. I went to my room and the shower was filthy. I was too tired to fight so I showered and slept for a bit. I tried logging on to the Internet, didn't work. I spoke with the same person who checked me in, told me to turn off my laptop and reboot. Still couldn't log on. As I lay on the bed, an employee (not a maid) just walked into my room. I literally had to use a chain to lock my room. I tried again the next day to get on the internet, and complained again being unable to access it. After speaking with a different gentleman, who was no help, I asked him to follow me back to my room and watch me try to log on. Only then he realized I was right. He had me follow him to his server room to look at the modem. He then moved me to another room, which I was finally able to access the internet, and was cleaner. I showered, and went down for breakfast and coffee, both were stated on the app and the website. There were none. I asked about it and was told there was none. When I showed him that it was offered, he said, "the owners don't care, which is why they get bad reviews." Do not stay here
