Sleep Inn Clovis

When putting in reservation I specificly asked for a non pet room and when we walked into the room the stench of dog pee knocked us over. I went to desk and asked for a non pet room and she said well all of our rooms have had pets in them at onetime or another. But manager had non pet rooms and was moved and was alot better. CUSTOMER service is key in my book.

You had hold the flusher while it flushed then in room 229 air conditioner wouldn’t work right cold t get on high room start hot turned up left at 6:30 for a meeting return about 10 and still didn’t cool down husband went down ask for a fan a very rude owner stayed we don’t have fans you can go buy one then came said our room was cooler than the hallway which was hot anyway. Then we ended up up moving to room 222 and in the time re moved our stuff to the new room the new room already was cooling down. In the bathroom in the new room the wall around the toilet was come up/ down from the floor.

A basic room for a decent price - but the hotel is very close to a very very busy railroad track and the constant air horns are enough to unnerve a person. It is a little better at night with fewer trains blowing their air horns - but still.

Bed was comfy and shower was hot and had good pressure that’s all we care about.

We always choose to stay at Sleep inn it was a Hampton Inn prior This time around was not pleasant the room smelled of Urine the smell as horrid Then there was no lotion in bathroom Also our room wasn’t cleaned in the day So all in all this time stay was not great The service is always good but the smell was not

We love the pool and hot tub very friendly staff

Simple, no fuss, clean.

Close to highway and railroad which resulted in loud noise floor, but all other accommodations face similar challenges.

Clean and safe.
